1.1 This User Agreement is a contract between the user of the site (hereinafter - the User) and the owner of the site (hereinafter - the Owner) and regulates the User's use of the services provided on the site.
1.2 The use of the site means that the User unconditionally accepts all the terms and conditions of this User Agreement.
1.3 The Owner of the site reserves the right to change this User Agreement at any time without prior notice to the User. Changes come into force from the moment of their publication on the site.
2.1 The site provides the following services: video editing, mediation/guarantee, counselling.
2.2 The Services are provided to the User on the terms and conditions specified on the Site.
2.3 The site owner reserves the right to change the list of services provided on the site, as well as their cost without prior notice to the User.
2.4 Free changes to finished videos are made exclusively before the logical publication of the product by the User or within two days after the end of the established deadlines for editing the video.
2.5 Free changes to finished products, with the exception of videos, are made indefinitely after the deadlines set with the User, provided that these changes do not exceed 1/5 of the total volume of a large system or 1/3 of the total volume of a small system.
3.1 The owner of the site is not responsible for any damage caused to the User in connection with the use of the site or inability to use the site.
3.2 The website owner is not liable for any damage caused to the User as a result of using the services provided on the website.
3.3 The site owner is not responsible for the quality and content of the content provided by the User for video editing.
3.4 The site owner is fully responsible for the activities carried out, including storage and transfer of personal data, money and other information.
4.1 The User has the right to use the services of the website in accordance with the terms and conditions specified on the website.
4.2 The User undertakes not to use the website for purposes prohibited by law.
4.3 The owner of the site has the right to refuse to provide services to the User if the User violates the terms of this User Agreement or legislation.
4.4 The owner of the site is obliged to provide services at the level corresponding to the declared level of quality of services in the corresponding descriptions of these services or in the presence of a corresponding clause in the contract (Technical Assignment) with the User.
